Dear candidates

Since Hong Kong has entered the Emergency Response Level for the influenza pandemic, the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority has further stepped up the precautionary measures against influenza applicable to all examination centres and candidates. All public examinations will be held as scheduled. For details of the measures, please refer to the attached “Important Notes to Candidates”.

Important Notes to HKALE / HKCEE Candidates
Since Hong Kong has entered the Emergency Response Level, the Authority has
stepped up the following precautionary measures against influenza applicable to all
examination centres and candidates. All public examinations will be held as
scheduled.
1. Candidates should check their body temperature before leaving for the
examination centres.
2. Candidates who have a fever or influenza symptoms, such as coughing and
sneezing, are strongly advised NOT to go to any examination centres.
Candidates who could not attend the examinations should call the Public
Examinations Information Centre (Tel. 3628 8860) as soon as possible on the
day of examination and submit a written request to the Authority (via their
school principal for school candidates) within three weeks, in accordance with
the procedures laid down in Section C of the Handbook for Candidates.
3. If candidates have been quarantined, they should inform the HKEAA via
Department of Health.
Written examinations
4. Candidates are allowed to put on masks at the examination centres but will be
required to remove their masks during the checking of attendance in order to
verify candidates’ identities.
Oral examinations
5. Candidates are allowed to put on masks in the Reporting Room and Preparation
Room. They must take off the masks inside the Exam Room.
6. Candidates who have a fever or influenza symptoms will not be allowed to take
the oral examination. They should apply for a rescheduling at the HKEAA’s
Southorn Centre office within three days (Saturday is counted as a working day)
from the originally scheduled date. The supplementary fee for rescheduling will
be waived if the application is supported with a medical certificate.
在公開考試實施加強預防流感措施
高級程度會考/中學會考考生重要事項
由於香港已啟動流感緊急應變級別，香港考試及評核局已提升預防流
感的措施，有關措施適用於所有試場及考生。現階段所有公開考試將
如期舉行。
1. 考生於前往試場應考前，必須自行量度體溫。
2．若考生出現發燒或流感病徵，例如咳嗽或打噴嚏，則本局強烈要
求有關考生不要前往任何試場參加考試。未能應考的考生應於考
試當天儘快致電公開考試資訊中心（電話:3628 8860），並於考試
當日起三個星期內向本局遞交不能應試的書面申請(學校考生須
附有校長支持其申請的函件)。有關申請的詳情請參考《考生手冊》
第三章。
3. 若考生正接受隔離，則需經衛生署通知考評局。
筆試
4. 考生可於試場内戴上口罩，但為核實考生身分，監考員會在點名
時要求考生摘下口罩。
口試
5. 應考口試之考生可於報到室及預備室內戴上口罩，但在考試室
時，考生必須摘下口罩應考。
6. 若出現發燒或流感徵狀，考生不應到試場應考口試。有關考生應
於原定考試日期的三個工作天內（星期六亦作一工作天計算），
往考評局修頓中心辦事處申請改期考試。若能提供有效的醫生證
明文件，則有關改期的費用將獲豁免。

如果我無估錯,樓主應該有考中史,對嗎?
以我所知,有考中史考生,又有填手提電話或e mail的人,都會收到SMS,
有人收到,有人收唔到係正常。

始終十萬幾個考生,無可能人人收到。
最緊要真係上網,睇電視知清楚。

不過真同假都好
都係叫人小心豬流感姐又冇咩影響
又唔係存心玩HKEAA咁
係真既代表HKEAA send得慢
係假既代表HKEAA都廢事理
